Full Facility Rental


Monday - Thursday

8 a.m. - 5 p.m.   $100.00 an hour

5 p.m. - Midnight   $125.00 an hour


Saturday (only full facility rental available)

8 a.m. - 4 p.m.   $150.00 an hour

4 p.m. - Midnight  $200.00 an hour w/ a 5 hour minimum


Friday & Sunday

8 a.m. - Midnight  $150.00 an hour


Garden/Courtyard  Rental


Monday - Sunday  (Saturday night excluded)

8 a.m. - Midnight  $100.00 an hour


Room rental rates include the following:

 •  Tables (round & rectangular)

 •  Banquet Chairs (up to 130)

 •  Room Set Up & Break Down will be included in fee. Please note, this does not

    include decorating


A $300 refundable security deposit is required at contract signing to secure date.  Payment plan is available.  Please discuss with management.


*Groups over 100 will require an extra $25 an hour for an attendant.


*Alcohol will have to be provided by The Garden Event Center Private Club.  Absolutely no alcohol can be brought into building by host or attendees.
